Transaction Coordination

Our transaction management services cover every detail from start to finish. We handle introductions, track key dates, and ensure all documents are complete and compliant. We manage the delivery and tracking of earnest money, option fees, and other important documents. We provide regular updates, pre-closing reminders, and assist with scheduling the closing. After closing, we organize and deliver all transaction documents. Billing is straightforward, with fees payable at closing or waived if the transaction doesn’t close. In Texas, you only pay for the side you represent, and dual agency is not allowed.

Listing Coordination

Our Listing Coordinator services streamline the listing process. We introduce ourselves to your clients, ensure all documents are complete and compliant, and schedule necessary appointments. We handle photo uploads, virtual tours, and document submissions to MLS. We also manage showing information, notify parties when the listing is active, and update the listing as needed. Enjoy a hassle-free listing experience with us.

Broker Compliance 

Our Broker Compliance services ensure all contract documents are complete and compliant. We check for missing signatures, initials, and addenda, organize electronic documents, and verify compliance with the Broker’s checklist. We upload documents to the broker’s system, gather earnest money and option fee images, and submit CDA requests. We also review documents against the preliminary settlement statement, deliver the completed CDA to title, and provide final signed documents to the agent and broker. Finally, we gather and file the final settlement statement upon closing. Note: This service does not include client interaction. 

Additionl Services 

Our additional services include processing backup contracts, MLS data entry, and document preparation services. We also prepare listing agreements and earnest money contracts, and miscellaneous forms.
